Staffing

Our employees are carefully selected based on personality and professional experience. We make sure each employee is properly trained and has the support needed to excel. The Sales & Marketing force at Aikens Hotel Group delivers profitability to hotel owners on many levels. By canvassing and penetrating each market segment to ensure that each hotel gets its share while working with local companies, leisure travelers and bigger groups so everyone who stays at the property will be sure to return time and time again.

Not only are we focused on new business by keeping up with local news, new and upcoming construction projects and leads from people who have stayed with us, we are also actively involved with many local organizations and events. The networking we do as a group draws people to our properties when they need to host an event, have a group coming to town or even need a place to stay for a family member.

We also strive to stay at the top of the class when it comes to online presence. We keep our brands sites as up to date as possible, however, we don’t stop there. We constantly scan the web to see where leads and bookings are coming from and exploring new avenues that can be added or upgraded to provide an even bigger presence.

Maintenance

Our maintenance is handled by our parent company H & W Construction Company. We provide 24 hour service for all our properties and daily staffing for ongoing preventative maintenance. We have employees who are certified to repair HVAC units, washers and dryers in the hotel laundry rooms, electricians and several other key certifications. Because we employ people with these certificates, repairs can be handled quickly and confidently without having to call in outside contractors. You can rest easy knowing that the hotel is covered by years of experience and professional, certified expertise.
