The American Grill menu offers both light fare and full dinner entrees. Selections include:
- Appetizer and Lite Entrees including Garden Crisp Veggies, our Untraditional Shrimp Cocktail or Chicken Pesto Flatbread
- New Entree Salads including a Crispy Asian Sesame Shrimp Salad, or our Fiesta Garden Cobb salad
- Traditional Beef and Seafood Entrees include a new York Strip steak with roasted garlic and herb butter or our Fresh Fish of the Day
- For the Lite Eater – try a Wild Mushroom Wrap or Smoky Yucatan Grilled Chicken
New also to The Great American Grill is our Tuscan Ragout dish of Slow cooked pork and beef with a hearty red sauce, vegetables, red wine, herbs over fettuccine. Today’s customer wants healthy freshly prepared food. A variety of the Hilton Garden menu choices can be gluten free upon request and much of the menu already is gluten free. The Hilton Garden Inn has a direct phone line to the kitchen for our customers with questions.”
The American Grill is also the caterer for our weddings, special events, and corporate meetings.
