The American Grill
The Great American Grill is located in Winchester, Virginia in The Hilton Garden Inn off of Pleasant Valley Road. Open for Breakfast and Dinner, The Great American Grill is quite a culinary surprise.
The Great American Grill menu follows a philosophy of “Simpler is Better”. This supports The Hilton Garden Inn’s sustainable green effort. From our new Fish of the Day to hand cut Steaks – everything is fresh with an emphasis on working with local food suppliers.
The American Grill menu offers both light fare and full dinner entrees. Selections include:
Dining Room and Bar
- Seasonal Selections like Heirloom Tomatoes in Fresh Basil, Olive Oil, and Balsamic Vinegar
- Appetizer and Lite Entrees including Crab Cakes, Shrimp Quesadilla with Fresh Salsa Verde, or the ever popular Chicken Wings
- New Entree Salads including a Grilled Chicken Salad, Grilled Sirloin Thai Salad, or a Grilled Salmon or Shrimp Salad
- Traditional Beef and Seafood Entrees include a Filet Mignon, New York Strip, a Marinated Sirloin or Grilled Salmon and Crab Cakes.
- For the Lite Eater – Angus Beef Burgers, Chicken Wraps, NY Steak Sandwich, and Po’Boy Shrimp Sandwich
New also to The Great American Grill is a ‘Pasta of the Day Special’ and a “Fish of the Day Special’. Today’s customer wants healthy freshly prepared food. A variety of the Hilton Garden menu choices can be gluten free upon request and over half of the menu already is gluten free. The Hilton Garden Inn has a direct phone line to the kitchen for our customers with questions.”
The American Grill is also the caterer for our weddings, special events, and corporate meetings.
