Aikens Group breaks ground on the new Townplace Suites by Marriott in Front Royal, VA

We are excited to announce the construction of the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Front Royal is officially underway. The property will feature 84 spacious suites ideal for travelers who need accommodations for longer stays, the property will offer studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens, as well as separate living/working and sleeping areas. Guests can work and relax on their terms in brightly colored modern suites that feature full kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, adjustable work spaces with built-in shelves and lighting, a large flat screen television, as well as luxurious new bedding. Other hotel amenities will include an exercise room, guest laundry, outdoor pool, fire pit and grilling area for guests.

To open in 2018 the TownePlace Suites will be the ninth hotel owned and operated by the Aikens Group. Based in Winchester VA, the Aikens Group is a premier development firm in the Shenandoah Valley.
