Brides-to-Be Win Prizes, Relax and Plan for the Big Day at the Blue Ridge Bridal Showcase

The Hilton Garden Inn offered a prize drawing every 30 minutes for registered brides attending the Blue Ridge Bridal Showcase Boutique Show at the Charles Town Casino and Races on November 7th in Charles Town, WV.

At a booth designed to offer comfortable seating around a warm fireplace where busy brides can take a minute and rest, the Hilton Garden Inn featured its unique accommodations and reception venue on a large TV screen at the recent Blue Ridge Bridal Showcase Boutique Show at the Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races in Charles Town, West Virginia.

Adding to the excitement of the day, the Hilton Garden Inn’s booth offered a prize drawing for registered brides every 30 minutes.  Prizes included $50 gift certificate for dinner at the Great American Grill, a Romantic Overnight Stay, Cozy Fleece Blankets for cuddling, a Bride and Groom Rubber- Ducky Bath Gift Basket, a Wedding Keepsake Frame, Home Fragrance Reed Diffusers, and a Complimentary Bridal Shower Banquet Room.

Representing the Hilton Garden as well as three other Aikens Group Hotels were Sale Directors – Jennifer Seo of the Hampton Inn and Conference Center in Winchester, Virginia; Melanie Manual of the Comfort Inn Martinsburg, West Virginia, and Melissa Ellinger, the Conference Services Manager of the Hilton Garden Inn.  Also present was Kristina Arntz, Director of Hotel Sales and Marketing of the Aikens Group.  The team said the day was not only fun for them and the brides, it was a huge success financially as well. ” We were able to connect with industry colleagues and peers as well as our future guests and clients who are planning for weddings, out of town guests, and rehearsal dinners,” Kristina Arntz said.  “We have a great relationship with the vendors at the Blue Ridge Bridal Showcase.  This is an atmosphere where everyone, the brides and families and the vendors, win.
