New Mixed-use Development Coming Soon to Winchester, VA

Aikens Group is proud to announce their next major project coming to Winchester, VA. Harrison Plaza, named after the company’s founder Harry Aikens, will be a mixed-use development located at the intersection of Hope Drive and Valor Drive in the heart of Winchester.

The three-building complex will offer two buildings with 54 apartments as well as a building with 19,100 square feet of commercial/retail space that can be built to suit, allowing tenants to design their own offices with multiple suites available. The commercial complex will also have an additional 16 residential units, including 2 studio apartments.

The 70 residential units available in the Plaza will be a mixture of 1- and 2-bedroom, spacious apartments featuring vinyl plank flooring, granite countertops, new fixtures and hardware, as well as new appliances.
